Access Account

I am not able to log in to my account - what should I do?

  • Check that you have entered your username or e-mail address correctly.
  • Check that the e-mail address you have entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account (check your private email address and business email address).
  • Check that the password you entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account (otherwise click on "Forgot your password?" on the Sign-in page).

How can I view my account status?

You can view your account, check your profile, and edit your preferences by logging in to your Member Area.

I've forgotten my password. How do I retrieve or reset it?

You can create a new password by following these links:

On discoveryloyalty.com

  1. Go to Sign-in  section
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?"
  3. Fill in your Username or Email address and click "Reset Password"
  4. You will receive an email with further instructions for your new password

On the DISCOVERY mobile application

  1. On the DISCOVERY mobile app, tap “Forgot your password?”
  2. Fill in your Username or Email Address and tap “Reset Password”
  3. You will receive an email with further instructions for your new password
