Noe specializes in seasonal California cuisine inspired by French and Omakase cuisine. Signature dishes include Ahi Tuna Tartare, Cast Iron Seared Salmon, a 14 oz. Prime Hand Cut Rib Eye and Seafood Bouillabaisse.
